How do I get here?
1. To change a registrations status to cancelled you need to log into your CCN organiser account here https://ccnbikes.com/accounts/login. Once logged in, click on "Tools" and choose "Dashboard".
2. Click the "Registrations" tab under "Search and Manage".
You may enter search criteria to find a specific registration (by F Name, L Name, or email) or you can leave the search field blank to pull up all registrations.
3. Select the desired registration
On the registration details page, you are able to change the registration status on the right side of the page. Changing the status from "Complete" to "Cancelled" will remove the registration from the Complete registration reports and event statistics and details.
NOTE: Changing the registration status to "refunded" will also cancel the registration but will not refund the participant. Credits back to a participant need to be manually issued through CCN Admin; changing the status will only remove that participant from the registration reports.
