What is this?
An Organization is what connects us to various financial aspects of the Club / Event that is hosted on CCN. Organizations act as hubs that can either be used once or multiple times across multiple different Events / Clubs.
Example: (Organization Name: Phil's Club) wants to host 2 events on CCN. They would like all the money to go to the same place as the Club. Phil's Club is then used as the organization for both events.
In some instances, events / clubs would like to have different organizations for each, but still, have the money go to the same place this is ok too.
How do I get here?
Once your Event / Club listing has been created you will be presented to either choose an existing organization you own or to create a new one.
Building the Organization
When building your Organization you are presented with the various fields needed to complete it.
Note: You will need to provide the banking information separately to a CCN representative.
Organization Name: This generally would be the name of the event or club it is being linked to. If you plan on in the near future using it for multiple events and or club functions it would be good to universally name it.
Example: (Club Name: Phil's Club) is hosting an event called "Phil's Club: Fondo" and "Phil's Club: Downhill" it would be a good idea to name the Organization "Phil's Club" as it is used universally for both the actual club and events. Of course, if the events need to be separated when money is sent, individually name each one (preferably a name related to the event or club function).
Contact Name, Phone Number & Email Address: This is used privately by the CCN staff as a way of communication.
