What is this?
The Listing contains the information that is important to the event details.
How do I get here?
1. Login into your CCN organiser account that you would like to create the event on.
2. Navigate to the organiser dashboard (highlighted in blue) on the grey bar atop your screen
a) Once finished step two navigate over to the Event or Club tab on the right side of the screen (whichever suits your need)
b) Select the "Create Event" or "Create Club" button next to the search bar.
1. When creating your listing you will be given 3 options from a dropdown menu: Club, Event and Volunteer Registration choose which one applies to you.
Note: This is a very important step as it will dictate where your event will be displayed on CCN's listing page.
2. Right after selecting your specific listing you will are given a page where you need to fill in some important details about your Event or Club.
Event Name: This is the name that will show up on CCN when visiting our landing page or searching for the Event / Club through our search tools
Start Date / End Date: This will dictate when the event closes and open. The listing will display the event date when searching through CCN.
Location: This will be displayed on the event listing when searching by location. Some events or clubs don't have an exact address (parks, obscure fields, lakes) or are managed through a personal home/office. If this is the case put the nearest town/city or landmark that would correspond with the location of said Club or Event.
Event Website Address: Not mandatory but if your event / club has an address you would like to share you can input it here. This will not add your website link to the landing page, you will have to add that manually.
Contact Email & Phone Number: These details will be publicised on CCN for registrants to contact you about details.
Would you like to set up registration on CCN?
A vast majority of event listings created will fall into the "YES" portion of this question. The only time "NO" would be selectable is if you need your club to be able to be ONLY selectable as an affiliation for a provincial membership.
