Your orders will show a 'snapshot' of the purchase you made at the time, this includes products, registrations; any other add-ons you may have purchased at the time.
1. Make sure you are logged into the account to which you made the order from. If it was made from a sub-profile make sure you are logged into the parent account.
2. Once you are logged in hover your mouse/pointing device over your profile name and select "Orders".
3. On the "Orders" page you will be given a list of ALL orders you have made using this profile from the date it was created. There will be two items of use on this page, see below.
3a. "Status" this will show the current status of your order. One of three statuses will show, either "Incomplete" or "Complete" or "Cancelled". If your status is "Incomplete" then your registration has not been paid for or is missing information. If your registration is "Cancelled" then either an organiser or administrator has cancelled your registration, for more information please call CCN at 1.866.534.2453
3b. "Receipt" will show a snapshot of your transaction through CCN including all taxes and fees that were charged. You may print this off or just simply view as a confirmation. If you made a donation this receipt is NOT an official tax reciept.
